About Studio E
Studio E is an interdisciplinary documentary lab operating out of the English Department at Texas Tech. We operate with the support of the Engaged Colleges Initiative, as well as the College of Arts & Sciences at Texas Tech. We define “documentary” broadly, and include writing, photography, audio, and film under that heading. We aim to support faculty members doing documentary work in their own scholarship and with their classes, as well as community members who want to use our resources to tell their own stories in their own ways. We are also at work on a West Texas Creative Atlas, which we add to as often as possible. If you have suggestions, thoughts, or ideas for us or for your own work, please get in touch!
